Amy + Ryan

Engagement

After relocated to the United States from Thailand, Amy wanted to improve her English and meet a guy.  Being busy with school, work, and life, she turned to online dating where she met the love of her life, Ryan.  (Isn’t’ that how tons of awesome couples meet these days).

While on vacation at Virginia Beach, Amy and Ryan were out for drinks, when he suggested they take a stroll on the beach.  Amy protested stating it was a too chilly, since the weather wasn’t as warm as they had thought it would be on the beach.  Finally, after finishing her drink and buying a towel to use as a shawl over her sundress, Amy agreed.

As they leisurely were walking along the Atlantic Ocean on Virginia Beach, Ryan dropped to one knee and asked his beautiful girlfriend to be come his wife.  As Amy explained to us, she was happy Ryan finally coerced her to go for a walk!

We started our day on Sunday with a phone call from Ryan, concerned about the weather, as once again there was rain in the forecast here in Ohio.  The initial day we had scheduled their engagement session, the skies opened on Cincinnati and it down poured… all… day… long!  So, there was yet another back up date set up, but we opted to watch the weather for the day.

Thankfully, the storms moved out of the tri-state and we met at Ault Park.  As spring has arrived, trees were starting to bloom!   There were soft pink and white blooms across so many trees!  Talk about breath taking!  There was a small down side to the day… it was sprinkling a little during our session.  However, Amy and Ryan were super team players and rolled with the punches!

Amy and Ryan, we are so glad were able to make your engagement session work!  You two were naturals in front of the camera.  They way you interact with each other is adorable.  In just a few short weeks, your wedding will be here and we get to do hang out all over again (hopefully with no rain)!!!

Have a Great Day,

Nicole & Ryan
