Can you believe it’s already Christmas season?  Even with a late Thanksgiving this year, we’re still in disbelief that it’s actually December! As December is kicking off, everyone is thinking of all the decorating, shopping, and baking that needs to be done.  Yes these are things we do during the holiday season; however, we look forward to one unique tradition.  CHRISTMAS MOVIES!!!!!

Let’s be honest, December is a cold month and perfect cuddle weather.  So, while everyone is running around during the crazy holiday season, we’re over here hanging out in comfy PJs, eating popcorn, and trying to decide which movie to throw on the TV.  That’s right, one of our favorite holiday traditions is sitting at home and watching some of our favorite movies together!

It’s unbelievable how many actual Christmas movies have been made.  However, there are certain movies we watch together every holiday season.  Here are our MUST watch holiday movies:

5. The Star
6. Ice Age Christmas

8. The Nightmare Before Christmas
9. Arthur Christmas

12. Christmas with the Kranks
13. Muppet’s Christmas Carol
14. A Christmas Story

We know there are probably movies we’re forgetting about.  Honestly, we think the list expands annually!  Not to mention, the random Hallmark movies Nicole will throw on (usually while Ryan is gone).  This is by no means an end all be all list of movies we watch during the month of December, but just some of our favorite movies to watch together. 

Excuse use while we grab some hot chocolate, popcorn, and curl up the couch for some holiday movie watching!
