Hannah + Brian

Wedding

As we prepare the next couple of days for frigid temperatures here in Cincinnati… we think back to warmer days.  One of those warmer days was this past August when Hannah and Brian became husband and wife!  The temperature was a little on the warm side… but then again, it was August.

A Wisconsin woman fell in love with an Idaho guy, while they both serviced in the US Navy.  Their friends and fellow sailors were shocked to learn the outgoing free spirted Hannah was dating the man who “didn’t like anyone.”  However, Brian fell in love with Hannah. After they left the Navy, Hannah and Brian moved back to Idaho, close to his family.  As Idaho was not Hannah’s cup of tea, it didn’t take much for Brian’s friend convinced the couple to move to Ohio.  So, the couple picked up their lives to move to a city where they only knew one person.

The couple have put their roots down in Cincinnati and began to grown relationships.  We initially met Hannah one evening as we all went out for a mutual friend’s birthday.  She told us she was engaged, and we told her we were wedding photographers!  After about a year, Nicole met with her for coffee on cold and snowy January day (where more talk about pets occurred oppose to wedding talk).  From there, we knew they would be a perfect couple for us!

On a hot Sunday in August, Hannah and Brian, met at the gazebo in Pattison Park to become husband and wife.  The couple invited their friends and family from all over the country to join them on this very important day.  There was so much love and joy supporting their day.

Brian was more traditional and decided to wait till Hannah walked own the aisle to see her for the first time. His reaction did not disappoint!

The moment you realize the rings were left inside!

Hannah’s sisters to the rescue!

After the ceremony, we hung out with their amazing bridal party.

These two love birds couldn’t keep their eyes off of each other!

Hannah’s sisters came in town for the her wedding day!

All their family and friends started the party a few minuets before the couple.  Choosing not to do a First Look, we kept them outside a tab bit longer for some Just Married portraits!

The back of her dress!

No wedding day is complete without a few bridal portraits!

Sunflowers and burlap were perfect centerpieces for a summer wedding at a rustic cabin.

The guest were welcomed by the bride before all the festivities commenced (and she changed her outfit)!

Hannah and Brian describe their relationship like Bob and Linda’s from Bob’s Burgers.

Hannah struck first and then ran!

We brought the bride and groom outside for a few last minute photos to capture her reception dress!

Hannah and Brian, thank you for allowing us to capture your wedding day.  Though it was a little warm, it was a fantastic day.  Your wedding was perfectly you (even if some rings were left inside).  The love you have for one and another was evident.   We hope the perfect start to your marriage is a sign of all the great things to come!

Welcome to the married kids club,

Nicole & Ryan
