After being together for more than decade, Leah and Kyle are slowing approaching their fall wedding day here in Cincinnati, Ohio. This adorable couple are living their best life in Rhode Island with their adorable puppies but are coming back to Leah’s hometown of Cincinnati to tie the knot in November.

As for many couples in 2020, the Corona Virus threw a wrench into their wedding plans. With being an out of state couple and having family and friends traveling to their wedding, these two decided to postpone for a year.

Originally, we had an engagement date set for last summer but they opted to not travel during the height of the pandemic; therefore, postponing their engagement session. However, over a year later, we FINALLY were able to reconnect with Leah and Kyle during their engagement session!

Normally August here in Cincinnati are very hot and humid, but we had the PERFECT summer day with a slight breeze and cooler temperatures. After a quick afternoon intense rain rolled through the tristate, we meet Leah and Kyle at Swaim Park for the first part of their session!

Leah and Kyle both had their planning caps on at the same time. Leah was planning a birthday celebration for Kyle, but Kyle had decided to it was time to plan their next phase in life. Under the premise of “going out for lunch” Kyle was secretly meeting with a local jeweler to design a unique and one of a kind ring for Leah. He knew there were certain elements that were “must haves” for her from the stone to the claddagh inspired band. With the ring in his presence for only a day, Kyle knew he could not longer keep it to himself and it just happened to be his birthday, Kyle asked Leah to be his wife… and surprise, she said Yes!!!

To end our session, we met these two back at Leah’s parents house. The best part, we got to meet their fur kids who made the road trip to Cincinnati! And boy oh boy, they were adorable. We love how friendly they were and how much they loved their parents.

Leah and Kyle, we are beyond excited to finally have been able to hang out again (and meet the puppies). We cannot wait for your wedding as you two are just adorable together and will allow us to capture your wedding day at Cincinnati Museum Center!
